Qualifying residents must receive a voucher from the Vallejo Housing Authority and undergo background checks and interviews through the property manager and the authority. The venue has two types of housing across its 75 unit-property, with about 50 units designated for Vallejo households making between 20 and 40 percent of the county’s median household income of about $90,000.
